1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SlimFit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including members of any paid tier.
2. Description of Service
SlimFit is a premium fitness membership platform offering personalized meal plans, workout programs, community features, challenges, and optional 1-on-1 coaching. The Service is available through four membership tiers: Starter Kit, Inner Circle, 12-Week Bridal Cohort, and High-Ticket Coaching.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SlimFit. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. SlimFit is designed for general wellness and fitness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Membership Tiers & Payments
SlimFit offers the following membership options:
Starter Kit - $47 (one-time payment): Lifetime access to the Starter Kit features as described at the time of purchase.
Inner Circle - $67/month (recurring subscription): Monthly recurring subscription billed automatically until cancelled.
High-Ticket Coaching - Custom pricing: Pricing and terms are determined individually. Contact us to apply.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize SlimFit to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Inner Circle (Monthly Subscription)
You may cancel your Inner Circle subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all Inner Circle features through the end of the period for which you have already paid. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Starter Kit (One-Time Payment)
The Starter Kit is a one-time purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access provided upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
High-Ticket Coaching
Cancellation and refund terms for High-Ticket Coaching are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Please refer to that agreement or contact us directly for details.

It is not intended as medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
