Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before activating your SlimFit Inner Circle membership. These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and SlimFit Global Ltd. regarding your access to exclusive coaching protocols, nutritional frameworks, digital communities, and proprietary fitness programming.
By enrolling in the SlimFit Inner Circle, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Membership is strictly personal, non-transferable, and granted solely for individual self-development and wellness purposes. Account sharing or unauthorized credential distribution will result in immediate termination without refund.
All memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, as selected upon registration) via our encrypted payment processor. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your member portal settings with zero penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary intellectual property and downloadable protocols, partial-month refunds or prorated credits are not issued once a billing cycle begins.
All curriculum modules, video demonstrations, meal formulations, and coaching materials provided within the Inner Circle are the exclusive intellectual property of SlimFit Global Ltd. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Reposting, sublicensing, commercializing, or redistributing our materials is strictly prohibited by law.
The training guidance, dietary schedules, and coaching advice offered within SlimFit Inner Circle are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. SlimFit is not a licensed medical provider, and our coaching staff does not provide medical diagnoses or individualized clinical treatments. Always consult your physician before undertaking any rigorous exercise or dietary regimen.
Members are expected to cultivate an uplifting, constructive, and respectful environment in all private channels and cohort groups. Harassment, solicitation, hate speech, body-shaming, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the absolute right to revoke membership access without refund for any violation of our community standards.
Your personal data, metric submissions, and check-in history are handled in rigorous accordance with international privacy regulations and our Global Privacy Policy. We implement end-to-end encryption for all sensitive health markers. We will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal progress data to third-party advertisers.
SlimFit reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect evolving legal frameworks, product features, or service enhancements. Active members will receive at least thirty (30) days notice via email prior to material amendments taking effect. Continued participation following the notification period constitutes affirmative acceptance of the revised terms.

Welcome to the SlimFit Inner Circle. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SlimFit Global LLC. By enrolling in the Inner Circle membership, purchasing digital programming, or participating in our community portals, you unconditionally agree to be governed by these provisions in their entirety.
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an active subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your authenticated account. Sharing access credentials with non-members is a material breach and will result in immediate termination without refund.
Upon successful processing of your enrollment, digital materials including curriculum modules, wellness roadmaps, and private community channels are unlocked immediately. Access to archived content remains contingent on an active subscription in good financial standing. SlimFit reserves the right to update, modify, or retire specific digital modules to maintain alignment with current wellness standards.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected during checkout). By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method on the specified billing date until cancelled. All fees are quoted in USD and are exclusive of applicable local taxes or processing tariffs.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your member dashboard or by notifying support at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date. Because all digital assets, proprietary frameworks, and recipes are delivered instantly upon purchase, payments are strictly non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
All proprietary training guides, nutrition manuals, video broadcasts, worksheets, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of SlimFit. Enrolled members receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Republication, distribution, resale, or unauthorized transmission is strictly prohibited.
Our community fosters a supportive, respectful, and empowering space. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, unverified medical claims, or solicitation of fellow members will result in immediate removal from all platforms without notice or financial recourse. We reserve full discretion over member standing in community channels.
SlimFit programming is provided solely for general educational and informational purposes and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen or nutritional adjustment. You knowingly assume all risks associated with your participation.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, SlimFit, its affiliates, and coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
